On September 3, at the annual Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Awards ceremony, CCDC was once again honored with the Quality Excellence Award (QEA). The recognition highlights the company’s long-standing excellence in construction quality, project management, and timely delivery.

Regarded as one of the highest accolades in Singapore’s construction industry, the QEA is highly competitive. In the Builder category, only two companies in Singapore received the award this year, with CCDC proud to be among them. To have earned this distinction multiple times is not only a tremendous honor but also a strong affirmation of the company’s unwavering commitment to quality and performance excellence.

Nine-time Winner

Since its launch in 2013, the QEA has been awarded in two categories: Developer and Builder, recognizing companies that consistently excel in delivering high-quality projects.

To date, CCDC has achieved nine wins in the Builder category, making it one of the few companies in the industry to secure this honor repeatedly. This accomplishment is the result not only of excellence in project execution but also of the company’s robust quality systems and effective cross-team collaboration.

In addition, CCDC’s wholly-owned subsidiary, CSC Land, was awarded the Developer category QEA in 2023, marking a rare dual achievement in both the “Construction + Development” tracks and underscoring the group’s distinctive strengths in quality management and full value-chain delivery.
