On 6 March, Mr. Qian Liangzhong, Chairman of CCDC, met with Mr. Miao Liangtian, Managing Director of China Construction First Group Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as CSCEC First Bureau), at the company’s office. The two sides held discussions on deepening cooperation and promoting talent exchange and development. Mr. Liao Ganglin, Deputy Managing Director of CSCEC First Bureau, and Mr. Zhou Bicheng, Deputy Managing Director of CCDC, attended the meeting.

Mr. Qian extended a warm welcome to Mr. Miao and his delegation, and introduced the development history, business performance, and the presence of construction enterprises in Singapore. He noted that CSCEC First Bureau is a key driver and pioneer of high-quality development within the CSCEC Group. Looking ahead, he expressed hope that both sides would further deepen cooperation in areas such as talent development, procurement and supply chain management, technical planning, and project expansion. By leveraging their respective client networks, resources, and construction strengths, the two parties can enhance resource integration and achieve mutual benefit and win-win outcomes.

Mr. Miao expressed his appreciation for the support from CCDC and shared insights on the “Strong Lion Plan,” the First Bureau’s experience in managing data centre projects, as well as suggestions for cooperation between the two sides in Singapore and Malaysia. He remarked that CCDC is a leading enterprise in Singapore’s international construction market, and its achievements in international operations are highly impressive. He expressed hope that both sides would build on CSCEC Group’s strategy of high-quality overseas development, deepen pragmatic cooperation, expand collaboration, and advance together.

During their visit to Singapore, Mr. Miao also conducted site visits to Elta project and the ChongPang Integrated Development Project.

Representatives from relevant departments and subsidiaries of CSCEC First Bureau and CCDC attended the meeting.
