The Ministry of Housing and Local Government of Malaysia, abbreviated as KPKT, is one of the highest departments of the Malaysian federal government, responsible for national housing policies, local planning, local governments, waste management, and other affairs. Its responsibility is to ensure that local governments manage effectively and improve service quality, as well as provide affordable housing for all citizens.

The Deputy Minister of the Federal Government's visit was mainly to understand the progress of the completed project on-site, inquire about the cooperation of government departments during the handover stage, and learn about the main subsequent work of the project. The leaders of the local government regulatory department, the CEO of Sunway Properties, and the participating consulting companies accompanied the visit throughout. The CCDM MCL demonstrated its construction highlights to the visiting officials through physical models and on-site experiences. The first highlight was the edgeless view of the roof garden, where the sky bridge was a successful case of process VE during the project, offering a panoramic view of all the landmark buildings in KL and the refreshing breeze from all directions. The second highlight was the experience of different delivery types on different floors, including custom-made and easily replaceable cabinets, energy-efficient appliances, waterproof, wear-resistant, and easy-to-clean floors, as well as daily maintenance suggestions after use. The third highlight was the observation of the L8 public leisure green facilities, featuring native breathing lawns, regionalized trees and flowers, environmentally friendly and safe playgrounds, swimming pool filtration and circulation systems, and rainwater recycling and reuse systems. Throughout the visit, exchange, and on-site report, the Deputy Minister and the supervisory department commended the project’s overall progress and delivery quality.

As the project under Malaysia's Sunway Group and an extension of the strategic cooperation between CCDC and Sunway, CCDM MCL has been adhering to the principle of "fulfilling commitments and advancing implements" in the country. Currently, the physical construction of the project has been completed on schedule and is now in the stage of acceptance by various government departments. Through this inspection visit by the federal government departments of Malaysia, the company CCDM has felt the business philosophy of "on-site leads to market", and will take advantage of this inspection visit by government departments to seize every remaining interface point, safely and successfully complete all project goals!
