CSCEC Singapore's Bedok North Vale project won HDB Construction Award 2021.

This project is located at the corner of Bedok North Road and Bedok North Avenue 1. Bedok North Vale comprises 2 residential blocks of 16-storeys, offering a total of 215 units to potential residents. With themed gardens and greenery landscapes throughout, this development aims to create a valley-like space nestled in the surrounding communities.

Due to the close proximity to surrounding mature residential real estate, the project team was faced with challenges such as limited working hours, limited access points, and the design and construction of a semi-underground car park. With careful planning, professional implementation, and closely following the company's safety and health requirements, this project has received many accolades such as the 2018 SCAL Productivity & Innovation Award (Silver), the 2019 HDB Housekeeping & Vector Control Award, the 2019 CSCEC Overseas Safety Talk Competition (3rd Prize), and the 2021 HDB Construction Award, in recognition of its exceptional construction quality.
