China Construction (South Pacific) Development Co. Pte Ltd's project won 2020 HDB Construction Award.

Fengshan Greenville at Bedok won the HDB Construction Award after been recognized by the Building and Construction Authority (Singapore) earlier. This is the seventh consecutive year China Construction (South Pacific) Development Co. Pte Ltd has been given this award and 15 times in total. The Housing & Development Board was established in 1960, this year marks its 60th anniversary. China Construction (South Pacific) Development Co. Pte Ltd was awarded its first HDB project in 1994 and has been working closely with the HDB to reinvent and transform Singapore's housing landscape since then.
