CCDC Bulim Square project hosted an online Open Day event on Friday. This event is CSCEC’s “Witness Happiness” Cloud Open Day event – a mega online event that showcases CSCEC’s global projects.

As one of the leading builders in Singapore, CCDC take great pride in everything they do. From buildings in prestige universities, hospitals, MRT stations, shopping centers, public and private residentials. Over the past 28 years CCDC have continued to grow with Singapore. During the pandemic, CCDC worked with the Singapore government to erect a group of new and improved dormitories, providing much needed relief to the immigrant workers.

The Bulim Square project at Jurong Innovation District (JID) is CCDC’s largest industrial project in Singapore. Covering an area of 400,000 square metres, the square will become the first landmark at JID.  Smart technologies, such as Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) are being used in the project. During the epidemic, the project actively improved the living conditions of workers through a series of measures, including the construction of workers' dormitories.
