CCDC is a pioneer contractor to adopt Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC) method. We undertook the first concrete PPVC residential project namely Lake Grande in 2015. We have gained extensive PPVC experience by doing the most PPVC projects in terms of design, fabrication and construction, etc.
